My work on the Spiritual Revolution Project between 1968 and 2003 involved almost constant interaction with other people on the physical/social level, and the lessons I learned from this activity agree completely with what you just wrote. Group psychic workings are related to personal relationships in the same complex and constantly changing paradigms as activities involving business or art/entertainment. However, it's usually fairly easy to figure out the best way to behave under a given set of circumstances, using relying on a mixture of common sense and intuition.
