We are finally back at the ranch. Had to go up to I40 as I10 & I20 were flooded and some exits said 'no services'. Saw fences flattened by mud, plants, and de bree due to flooding, as we drove down 40.
Lots of planted farm land were or had been covered by water. Hopefully the land will dry out enough to replant drowned crops.
So good to be home, not much rain here. Hopefully we will get some.

Yeah, it's always good to go home and find it's still there. But I'm still glad I'm just a renter, and if disaster strikes here, I can just move somewhere else, with whatever personal property I can rescue from the old place.
