My conception of the "New World Order" is that it will indeed be peaceful, because the economy will be based on abundance rather than scarcity, and laws and customs will be based on cooperation rather than coercion. However, there will no more place for charismatic leaders in such a society than there will be for rich people or people who use force to impose their will on others. I believe that I am already living as people will live in such a society, which is why I laugh at your claims to be such a leader.
